Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, brainstorming innovative solutions, and translating user needs into functional designs that enhance the overall user experience. You will engage in iterative design processes, ensuring that applications are not only functional but also intuitive and user-friendly, while continuously seeking feedback to refine your designs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in user research to understand user needs and preferences. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Ability to collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
