Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions with team members to ensure that the applications align with business objectives and user expectations, while also participating in testing and validation processes to ensure quality and performance standards are met. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring that the applications developed are both effective and user-friendly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application design with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with requirement gathering and analysis techniques. - Familiarity with testing and validation processes for application development. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
