Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to design and develop applications that align with business needs and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead design discussions to ensure applications meet business requirements - Conduct regular reviews of application designs and provide feedback for improvement Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation - Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation management - Experience in designing and implementing Workday solutions - Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for Workday applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
