Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating those needs into functional specifications, and working closely with development teams to ensure that the applications are designed effectively. You will also participate in testing and validation processes to ensure that the applications meet the defined requirements and provide value to the organization. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application design with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA and SAP Fiori. - Strong understanding of system architecture and application integration. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems. - Familiarity with database management and backup strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
