Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in brainstorming sessions to explore innovative solutions and ensure that the applications align with the overall business strategy. Your role will also include reviewing design documents and providing feedback to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate design concepts. - Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation aligns with design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenEdge ABL. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with requirement gathering and analysis techniques. - Familiarity with software development life cycle processes. - Ability to create detailed design documentation and specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OpenEdge ABL. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
