Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with the overall business strategy. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and contribute to the development process, ensuring that the final product meets the desired standards and user expectations. Your role will also include testing and validating applications to ensure they function as intended, providing a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Develop and maintain application documentation to ensure clarity and consistency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
