Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, brainstorming innovative solutions, and translating user needs into functional designs that enhance the overall user experience. You will engage in iterative design processes, ensuring that the applications align with both user expectations and business objectives, while also participating in testing and feedback sessions to refine your designs further. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that reflect user needs and business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Node.js. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Ability to conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
