Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and enhancing user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Ensure the applications are user-friendly and meet the needs of end-users. - Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the documentation of application design and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing Servicenow applications. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. - This position is based at our Thiruvananthapuram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
