CTG is seeking to fill an Application Consultant - Contact Center position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 11 months
Duties:
An Application Consultant in the Contact Center domain will be responsible for guiding clients through the selection, implementation, and support of contact center software.
Key responsibilities include:
Define software requirements and configure contact center systems to meet client needs.
Interpret and modify Visio call flow diagrams, including adding or changing Quick Connects and Contact Flows.
Manage and update DynamoDB records as part of contact center configurations.
Test system functionality to ensure proper operation and alignment with client expectations.
Troubleshoot and resolve audio and other technical issues within the contact center environment.
Collaborate with clients to translate technical concepts into practical, business-oriented solutions.
Support clients in optimizing contact center operations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Skills:
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect or similar cloud-based contact center platforms.
Ability to read, interpret, and modify Visio call flow diagrams.
Basic PC skills, including familiarity with standard productivity and troubleshooting tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting audio and configuration issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
Experience:
Prior experience as an Application Consultant or in a contact center technical role.
Demonstrated expertise configuring and supporting contact center software solutions.
Experience with cloud contact center technologies, especially Amazon Connect, and related database management (DynamoDB).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
