Assist students in completing college/university applications accurately.
Collect, verify, and upload required documents (passport, transcripts, SOP, LOR, financials, etc.).
Ensure all applications meet university guidelines and deadlines.
Track application progress and update students on status changes.
2. Student Support
Guide students through the entire application process, from course selection to submission.
Clarify doubts regarding eligibility, documentation, requirements, and timelines.
Provide reminders for pending tasks or missing information.
3. Documentation Management
Maintain organized records of student files and uploaded documents.
Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Communicate with students to request corrections or additional documents.
4. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with counsellors, admissions teams, and university partners for application updates.
Send timely email communications regarding application status, offers, rejections, and next steps.
Schedule appointments or follow-ups when needed.
5. Portal & System Management
Update CRM or application management systems (e.g., university portals, internal MIS).
Upload documents, track offers, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate data entries.
Monitor portals for new notifications and take necessary action.
6. Quality & Compliance
Double-check application details for errors before submission.
Ensure compliance with university requirements and internal office standards.
Maintain confidentiality of student data.
7. Offer & Visa Preparation Support
Assist with basic steps following offers (acceptance, tuition deposit, document upload).
Guide students on initial visa documentation requirements (if part of the role).
Coordinate with the visa team for smooth transition.
8. Reporting & Follow-up
Prepare daily/weekly reports on application status and submitted files.
Follow up with students for pending actions regularly.
9. Customer Service
Deliver professional and polite support to all students.
Respond to emails and queries promptly.
10. Additional Responsibilities
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on university requirements.
Support team members during peak intake seasons.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Application Head/Manager.
