Job Description

1. Providing training and application support for users of our Protein Metrics software.

2. Assisting in technical presentations & literature search, writing technical articles, etc.

3. Strategize promotional activities for distributorship, initiate unique approaches for networking, understand customer requirements, follow up with leads, handle & update social media sites, etc.

4. Travel to organizations to promote our products, when & if required.

5. Candidate should have good command over Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel programs..

o Personal Skills

1. Strong communication and presentation abilities to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

2. Smart, sharp, and quick-thinking with the ability to manage documents, reports, and tasks independently.

3. Willingness to travel for onsite customer support and promotional activities (hybrid work model).

4. Proactive in follow-up with leads,Good networking skills, understanding customer requirements, and maintaining long-term engagement.

o Technical Skills

1. In-depth knowledge of proteins, proteomics, and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS).

2. Ability to provide training, application support, and technical guidance to users.

3. Competence in creating and delivering presentations, performing literature searches, and writing articles.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word

o AI / Analytical Skills

1. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to apply analytical thinking to complex biological data.

2. Ability to strategize promotional activities using AI tools for marketing insights, social media management, and customer engagement.

3. Comfortable exploring new technologies and workflows for improved efficiency in protein characterization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
