The Hospital IT & Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing hospital software systems, enabling digital workflows, and assisting clinical and administrative users. This includes troubleshooting, gathering user requirements, user training, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance standards (e.g., HIPAA, NDHM).
Key Responsibilities

HIS Implementation & Support
- Support digitization and rollout of Hospital Information Systems.
2.
Application Monitoring
- Ensure performance and uptime of all hospital applications.
3.
Bug Tracking & Vendor Coordination
- Identify issues, log bugs, and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
4.
Requirement Gathering
- Work with users to collect and document system enhancement needs.
5.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct functional testing and ensure system quality.
6.
Digital Workflow Enablement
- Assist departments in transitioning to digital workflows and ensure system usability and compliance.
7.
Data Support
- Extract and analyze data for audits, reporting, and decision-making.
8.
User Training & Support
- Provide training and ongoing application support to users.

Workflow & Form Design - Experience with tools like Form Designer, Metaflow, or similar.

Platform Experience
- Familiarity with platforms like Java, Python, or workflow automation tools.
Domain Knowledge
- Exposure to HIS systems, hospital workflows, or hospital processes in Indian healthcare is a plus.
Training & Documentation
- Ability to train users and maintain documentation and dashboards.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in HIS/workflow systems or hospital IT support preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
