Project description

This is support-focused IT role, the emphasis is on facilities and retail technologies. You'll be managing and supporting applications that help with:



Building/facilities management

Retail operations (like point-of-sale systems)

Temperature and asset monitoring

Responsibilities

Understand how facilities and retail technologies support operations


Troubleshoot and maintain these systems


Work with different departments (facilities, retail, IT, etc.)


Document processes and follow change management protocols


Be flexible and responsive, especially during off-hours

Skills

Must have


3+ years of IT experience


Strong critical thinking and problem-solving


Good business understanding of operational workflows


Excellent communication and teamwork


Ability to learn and adapt to new applications


Experience with:


Building/facilities management


Temperature monitoring


Point-of-sale (POS) systems


Nice to have


Any tools are used to optimize operations in physical spaces like hospitals, retail stores, and facilities.
