Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for assigned students after registration.
Collect and verify necessary documents for university applications (academic transcripts, passports, language proficiency certificates, LORs, portfolios, financial documents, etc.).
Submit applications to partner universities and track progress.
Guide students in making tuition fee payments (via forex, bank loan, or other methods).
Coordinate with the visa team to lodge study permit/visa applications.
Assist students with post-admission needs such as accommodation arrangements.
Motivate, inspire, and reassure students throughout their journey.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
What We're Looking For:
Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome (training provided).
Strong communication skills in English (additional regional/foreign languages are a plus).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
A student-first mindset: patient, polite, diligent, and supportive.
Basic sales/negotiation skills to encourage timely tuition fee payments.
Willingness to commit to Fairfuture for at least 2 years (to make the most of training and growth opportunities).
Prior experience in overseas education consultancy is an advantage but not mandatory.
