Person is responsible for Business Application Administration and Release to production for applications hosted in Azure and WWDC. These applications are used across ST(Intranet) and outside ST(Internet & Extranet) by thousands of users. Person would be part of team who has to manage and operate applications developed by almost all business domains like Finance, HR, Purchase, Sales, supply chain, Warehouse etc.
It needs to be administered and hosted on an underline infrastructure thus incumbent would have opportunity to work on various middleware technologies and commercial Packages like Jboss, Apache, Tuxedo, Webmethods, Business Financial Consolidation, etc. Incumbent will be expected to :
- Contribute to Projects for new setups, installations & configurations.
Should be able to deploy application changes to Production environment.- Automations of repeated tasks.
Communicate, work and interface with various Stakeholders from WWDC, development teams, Business Solution group, support teams and Vendor.- Operate and Maintain high availability of environment
Work in afternoon shift for 15 days in a month to support European hrs.
- Sound Shell scripting knowledge
- Middleware Application Administration/Management in either : JBoss / WebLogic / Tomcat / ApacheRoles and Responsibilities
