RentoMojo is looking for a passionate, energetic, and hands-on
Trainer - Quality & Process
to strengthen our warehouse and after-sales operations team. In this role, you will ensure that our warehouse staff and delivery teams maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer service. You will design and deliver impactful training programs focused on
warehouse operations, quality control, and after-sales service -- especially for home appliances such as ACs, coolers, TVs, and refrigerators.
Note: Applicants must have sound technical knowledge of home appliances (AC, Cooler, TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, etc.) to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Training Programs:
Manage and execute the training calendar across all cities -- conducting classroom sessions, video-based training, and handbook learning for helpers, drivers, executives, and managers.
Feedback & Retraining:
Act as the escalation point for any deviation from SOPs. Address feedback through retraining and process reinforcement.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as the
SME for the appliance category
, ensuring accurate training content and process standards for handling, installing, and servicing appliances.
Training Design & Delivery:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on warehouse processes, quality assurance, and after-sales service protocols.
Coaching & Mentorship:
Mentor warehouse teams and field staff on quality control, inventory accuracy, and efficient order fulfillment.
Process Optimization:
Observe operations to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for higher productivity and adherence to quality benchmarks.
Content Development:
Create and maintain training materials, SOP guides, and knowledge repositories reflecting the latest operational practices.
Performance Measurement:
Track and assess the impact of training sessions, collecting feedback and refining content for continuous improvement.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work with Operations, Quality, and After-Sales teams to ensure consistent service standards across all touchpoints.
Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on the latest warehouse management trends, quality practices, and appliance servicing methods.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of
2 years of experience in after-sales service or warehouse operations
.
Proven track record in
developing and delivering training programs
.
Strong understanding of
home appliances (AC, cooler, TV, refrigerator, washing machine)
and their service requirements.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite / G Suite
.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a
fast-paced operational environment
