Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer locations to provide
repair, installation, and maintenance services
for home appliances and other equipment.
Diagnose technical issues and offer effective, timely solutions.
Handle
customer queries
politely and professionally, ensuring a great service experience.
Maintain proper
records of service requests
, completed tasks, and spare parts used.
Coordinate with the
service operations team
to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow safety standards, company policies, and quality guidelines.
Provide feedback and suggestions for
process improvement
to enhance service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
10th / 12th pass
; ITI / Diploma in
refrigeration, air conditioning, or electronics
preferred.
Prior experience in
appliance servicing, installation, or customer support
is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of
ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, and other household appliances
.
Good communication skills in
Hindi and basic English
.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be
customer-oriented, punctual, and reliable
.
