Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on Apple products, services, and customer experience--both in-person and virtually.
Equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools to effectively communicate Apple's value proposition, drive customer engagement, and close sale.
Collaborate with Apple's Sales Training and Development teams to create and localize training content, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules.
Identify training needs through Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with store managers and regional leads.
Track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback, and continuously improve delivery methods and materials.
Frequently travel across assigned regions (Karnataka, India) to support retail locations and partner stores.
