Apple Authorized Service Technician (AST)

Samsung Authorized Service Technician (SAT)

Certification is mandatory

Minimum

2-3 years of hands-on experience

in mobile/laptop repair & service Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnostics, and spare parts handling Ability to maintain high-quality service standards as per brand guidelines Good communication skills and customer service approach

Responsibilities:

Perform hardware & software diagnosis, repair, and replacement for Apple/Samsung devices Handle warranty & out-of-warranty service cases as per OEM protocols Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with authorized service standards Coordinate with supply chain/store team for spare parts and service materials Deliver customer satisfaction through professional and timely service

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
