Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of BPMN models to ensure accurate representation of business workflows and seamless integration with existing systems. Provide expertise in Appian RPA to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity across various departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage Appian AI capabilities for data-driven decision making and predictive analytics. Develop and maintain J2EE applications to support the scalability and robustness of enterprise solutions. Ensure adherence to best practices in Appian Solution Development to deliver high-quality and reliable applications. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards and improve team performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in Appian technologies and promote knowledge sharing. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for solution development. Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to enhance user experience and system efficiency. Stay updated with the latest trends in Appian and J2EE technologies to continuously improve solution offerings. Qualifications

Possess strong experience in BPMN Modeling and Appian Solution Development demonstrating proficiency in creating effective business process models. Have expertise in Appian RPA and Appian AI showcasing the ability to automate tasks and leverage artificial intelligence for enhanced decision-making. Demonstrate solid knowledge of J2EE ensuring the development of scalable and robust applications. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific requirements. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently. Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
