Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MariaDB BPMN Modeling Appian RPA Appian AI and Appian Solution Development. Experience in COTS Products within the BFS Asset and Wealth domain is a plus. This role requires working from our office during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities : - Develop and implement robust solutions using Appian Solution Development to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. - Utilize MariaDB to design develop and maintain databases ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.



Apply BPMN Modeling techniques to create clear and effective process models that align with business objectives. - Integrate Appian RPA to automate repetitive tasks improving productivity and reducing manual errors. - Leverage Appian AI to build intelligent applications that provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure seamless functionality and user experience. - Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices. - Document all development processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference and compliance. Ensure all solutions are scalable secure and adhere to company standards and best practices. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Contribute to the companys mission by delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Appian Solution Development and its application in real-world scenarios. Demonstrate proficiency in MariaDB for database management and optimization. - Have experience with BPMN Modeling to effectively map out business processes. - Show expertise in Appian RPA and AI to automate and enhance business operations. - Experience with COTS Products in the BFS Asset and Wealth domain is a plus.
