The ideal candidate should have between 7 to 10 years of experience and will be responsible for developing and maintaining Appian applications. This position is open in major cities including Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, and Delhi.Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Appian BPM with hands-on expertise in using Appian SAIL and Appian Integrations (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability in user interface design to create engaging and intuitive applications.
• Extensive experience in process modeling, with the ability to translate complex business workflows into Appian processes.
• Skilled in Web Services technologies and integrating third-party services with Appian applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of Appian architecture and application development best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, ensuring the quality and accuracy of solution design.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to deliver innovative solutions to challenging requirements.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian applications in alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver customizable Appian solutions.
• Develop high-quality Appian SAIL interfaces ensuring excellent user experience and performance.
• Integrate external systems and web services using Appian Integrations to extend the functionality of applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Appian solutions and deployments.
• Stay updated with the latest Appian features and leverage them to enhance application capabilities.
• Ensure all Appian applications adhere to security guidelines and compliance requirements.
