Greet and assist customers in the store, ensuring excellent customer service.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and overall visual merchandising standards.
Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and ensure accuracy in sales entries.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Keep updated knowledge of product features, sizes, and pricing.
Assist in stock management, inward/outward movement, and inventory control.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints politely and professionally.
Follow grooming standards and represent the store in a professional manner.
Support in promotional activities and events as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in the same field (Retail/Apparel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales processes, billing, and customer handling.
Ability to work in a team and flexible shifts.
Energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven.
