Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

with strong experience in

selling women's ethnic wear

through

WhatsApp and customer calls

. The candidate must understand customer needs, suggest suitable products, and confidently close sales remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle B2B customer inquiries and orders via

WhatsApp & phone calls

. Share

product images, prices, availability

, and offers promptly. Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders. Build and maintain good relationships with boutique owners and resellers. Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order delivery. Maintain records of daily sales, leads, and customer conversations. Upsell trending collections and suggest suitable pieces based on customer demand.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in

ethnic wear sales (preferred)

. Strong knowledge of women's ethnic styles (suits, sarees, lehengas, kurtis). Must be confident and skilled in

WhatsApp selling & communication

. Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets to maintain order records. Excellent convincing skills and a customer-first attitude.
