We are hiring a App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist to drive visibility, downloads, and transactions for the Ubuy eCommerce app across global markets. This role is instrumental in aligning our app's performance with business goals, ensuring optimal keyword rankings, and increasing order volumes through strategic ASO efforts.
Key Responsibilities for the Role:

Comprehensive ASO Strategy:
? Develop and execute advanced ASO strategies for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
? Focus on achieving top rankings for high-conversion keywords across global regions.
? Consistently update and optimize app metadata, descriptions, and visual elements.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
? Utilize tools like App Annie, Sensor Tower, and Google Analytics to assess keyword performance, traffic sources, and user behavior.
? Provide periodic reports on rankings, downloads, and user retention metrics with actionable recommendations.
3.
Localized Optimization:
? Implement ASO tactics tailored for diverse international markets, considering regional user behavior and preferences.
? Manage localization projects to enhance relevance and visibility for targeted countries.
4.
Collaboration Across Teams:
? Work directly with the design team to ensure the app's visuals, icons, and videos resonate with users and align with market trends.
? Partner with the marketing team to integrate ASO with broader campaigns and create push notifications that drive engagement.

App Store Campaigns:
? Manage ad placements like Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns to maximize app visibility.
? Evaluate the ROI of campaigns and refine strategies to enhance effectiveness.

Focus on Order Growth:
? Analyze user journeys and conversion rates to suggest functionality improvements that drive order volumes.
? Strategize initiatives aimed at increasing in-app transactions and user retention.
Required Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 6 months in ASO or digital marketing roles, with a focus on eCommerce apps.

Skillset:
? Deep understanding of app store algorithms and ranking systems.
? Proficiency with ASO and analytics tools (e.g., App Store Connect, Google Play Console, App Annie).
? Strong ability to work with data, metrics, and trends to derive actionable insights.

Global Expertise:
Prior experience managing ASO for apps in multiple countries with localization focus.
