Job Title: Telecalling Executive - App Onboarding

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to promote and onboard users to our mobile app. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers via phone, explain the app's value proposition, and encourage them to download and start using the app.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential users based on provided leads. Clearly communicate the benefits and features of the app. Guide users through the download and registration process. Address user questions or objections professionally and confidently. Maintain call logs and update CRM or call sheets. Achieve daily/weekly targets related to downloads or activations. Gather user feedback and relay it to the marketing or product teams.
Requirements:

Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer support preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain app features clearly and convincingly. Comfortable using smartphones and guiding users through app usage. Target-driven and self-motivated. Fluency in English, Hindi.
