Job Description

Job Summary:

The App Monitor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of live and recorded classes through the Alan's Academy app. The role involves coordinating with the IT department, scheduling and monitoring online classes, resolving student access issues, and ensuring class materials are uploaded in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Live Class Monitoring:

Monitor and ensure all scheduled live classes are running smoothly through the app.

Class Arrangement:

Coordinate with subject teachers and the IT department to plan and schedule live classes and upload recorded sessions on time.

Technical Coordination:

Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to class streaming, app access, or content uploads.

App Content Management:

Ensure study materials, recorded videos, and other academic resources are correctly uploaded and accessible to students on the app.

Student Support:

Respond to student queries related to class access, app functionality, and schedule changes.

Daily Monitoring:

Maintain logs of class attendance, teacher participation, and any technical issues for reporting purposes.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates to the academic manager about class performance, app issues, and student feedback.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Basic technical knowledge of app-based learning platforms. Good coordination and communication skills. Familiarity with online learning tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms. Ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently.
