About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

App Marketing Professional

with excellent communication skills, basic coding knowledge, and the confidence to handle customer or partner calls. This role includes executing marketing strategies, coordinating user acquisition efforts, and engaging with users or clients via phone to support campaigns and app-related activities.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive app downloads, engagement, and retention. Handle

outbound and inbound calls

for: User feedback collection Campaign support Partnership coordination Customer communication and issue resolution Manage app launch campaigns, ASO (App Store Optimization), and promotional initiatives. Create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, email, and in-app messaging. Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to optimize marketing activities. Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to improve user experience and feature adoption. Use basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred) for small updates, tracking integration, or marketing tool setup. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Conduct competitor analysis and identify new marketing growth opportunities. Monitor, analyze, and respond to app store reviews and user feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling professional phone calls. Basic coding proficiency (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar). Understanding of the mobile app ecosystem (iOS & Android). Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc.). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in digital or app marketing. Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals. Experience with paid user acquisition campaigns. Familiarity with A/B testing and growth experiments.
