Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end management of Android and iOS applications, from planning to deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Design, and Product to deliver high-quality app releases.
Monitor application performance, crash analytics, user behaviour, and feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Manage Play Store and App Store listings, releases, version control, rollout plans, and compliance requirements.
Track and resolve production issues, system errors, performance lags, and integration failures.
Coordinate implementation of features such as payments, push notifications, APIs, authentication, and third-party SDKs.
Maintain detailed documentation including app flow, release notes, API mappings, and configuration details.
Ensure UI/UX consistency, quality standards, and optimal user experience across all app modules.
Analyze app metrics such as retention, engagement, and conversion to support data-driven decisions.
Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines effectively with management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in mobile application management or development.
Strong understanding of Android/iOS ecosystems, app architecture, backend integration, and app store processes.
Proficiency with tools such as Firebase, Play Console, App Store Connect, Git, Crashlytics, and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Ktor, REST APIs, WebSockets, or real-time communication features.
Knowledge of payment gateways, location services, and app security best practices.
