App Dev & Support Engineer I



DEPARTMENT HRS



REPORTS TO Project Manager



JOB PURPOSE Expert developer focused on Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC technologies.

May perform one or more of the following:

Analysis/Development/Deployment



o Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming



o Knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC



o Knowledge in ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, MyBatis



o Knowledge in creation and consumption of RESTful API



o Knowledge in writing SQL queries and interacting with database systems such as Oracle.



o Proactive approach to identify alternatives for a given problem statement.



o Excellent oral and written communication skills

Accountability/Communication o Work independently on tasks assigned :

o Demonstrate ownership on work assigned to self.



o Manage defect-tracking system, resolve all issues, and prepare update for systems.



o Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.



o Create technical specifications and test plans.



o Monitor everyday activities of system and provide required support.



o Communicate effectively with internal team members and customers through strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills



o Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task.
