All UX team members are expected to advocate for and design within a systems-based methodology that allows for configurable customization and specialization of re-usable components that enables scalability and quality. ROLE DESCRIPTION The apps product team are multidisciplinary experts who work collaboratively to evolve our digital commerce mobile apps for our brands and their most loyal and engaged customers. The App Designer is a crucial strategic partner in identifying customer and business opportunities and designing features and capabilities to deliver that value. They are passionate customer advocates ensuring their work is both valuable and delightful. They are both systems thinkers and able to design for emotion. They know the brand inside out through maintaining solid relationships with their creative, marketing and merchandiser partners to help craft best-in-class brand experiences RESPONSIBILITIES \xef\x82\xb7 Design for iOS and Android apps for Victoria\xe2\x80\x99s Secret and Pink \xef\x82\xb7 Design for the distinct needs and expectations of VS & Co\xe2\x80\x99s customers with user research, brand insights, data analytics, and competitive analysis as your guides \xef\x82\xb7 Produce user flow diagrams that articulate complex user journeys across multiple web pages and touchpoints \xef\x82\xb7 Tailor app experiences for parity with relevant new web features and through and OMNI channel lens \xef\x82\xb7 Support user research and testing by gathering assumptions and writing hypotheses, contributing to questions and scenarios for tests with the Research team, and observe sessions to help extract key learns for both your area of focus and the user journey at large \xef\x82\xb7 Work side-by-side with Front End Development and Back End Development to build and validate all visual/functional enhancements \xef\x82\xb7 Present solutions to cross-functional and brand partners, clearly articulating the UX design principles and methodologies that informs the work
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED \xef\x82\xb7 1-3 years of professional UX experience \xef\x82\xb7 Experience designing for iOS and Android apps \xef\x82\xb7 Visual design sensibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Communication, persuasion, and facilitation skills; effectively follow design processes and communicate the value of design; You tailor your presentation for the audience \xef\x82\xb7 Complex problem solving, high analytical ability \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency with industry standard design tools such as Figma and appropriate Adobe software \xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of the capabilities and best practices relating to the use of front-end Web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript \xef\x82\xb7 Retail/fashion brand experience desired; e-commerce experience ideal \xef\x82\xb7 An online portfolio of case studies highlighting some or all of:

• Demonstration of full design process, including numerous diverse artifacts (ex. research, flows, sketches, wires, low- and high-fidelity designs
