The Center Manager is responsible for the overall operations, administration, and performance of the clinic. This role ensures seamless functioning across all departments--front office, clinical services, diagnostics, pharmacy, and customer care--while achieving revenue and service excellence targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations:
Ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the clinic, including staff scheduling, infrastructure, and resource management.
Revenue & Business Growth:
Drive business through patient footfall, tie-ups, and local marketing initiatives. Meet monthly revenue targets.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the clinic team including doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff. Conduct performance reviews and team development.
Customer Experience:
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction by maintaining service quality, managing grievances, and monitoring feedback.
Compliance & Quality:
Ensure adherence to all clinical, administrative, and statutory guidelines (e.g., AERB, NABL, biomedical waste, etc.).
Inventory & Procurement:
Monitor medical and non-medical stock levels, raise requisitions, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Qualifications:
