Key Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis & Process Design: Lead workshops and interviews with business stakeholders (CIOs, Application Owners, Enterprise Architects) to elicit, document, and analyze functional requirements for APM/EA initiatives.
Solution Design & Strategy: Design functional solutions that align the IT application portfolio with business capabilities and strategy, leveraging out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality where possible.
Data Governance & CSDM Alignment: Define data governance rules and processes for application data. Ensure all configurations align with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework to maintain data integrity within the CMDB.
Stakeholder Management & Training: Act as the primary liaison between technical development teams and the business users. Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Lifecycle and Risk Management: Implement processes for application rationalization, lifecycle management (request, assessment, retirement), and technology risk assessment within the ServiceNow modules.
Documentation: Create comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, use cases, and training documentation.
Functional Expertise:
Deep understanding of IT Strategy, Application Portfolio Management (APM)/Enterprise Architecture (EA) principles and best practices.
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform capabilities and how APM/EA integrates functionally with ITSM, CMDB, and ITBM modules.
Expertise in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework and its practical application to application data.
Communication & Consulting: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to facilitate meetings, run workshops, and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable functional requirements.
Methodologies: Experience working within Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
Certifications (Preferred):
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Application Portfolio Management.
ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4) is a plus.

Skills Required
