JOB DESCRIPTION Associate Process Manager - Marketing Automation Operations India-Mumbai, Pune or Chandigarh | Full-time (FT) | Digital | Job ID _ Shift Timings - General Shift |Management Level - Associate Manager | Travel Requirements - NA Specialism - SQL, Pardot, HTML, CSS We\'re looking to add to this talent pool a Marketing Automation Operations. The role reports to the Senior Process Manager and will be a key influencer of our digital identity. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience with at least 2 plus years of hands-on experience in executing/managing email campaigns. The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally, and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors. Associate Process Manager - Marketing Automation Operations Responsibilities . Will be a part of the operations team working on marketing operations business. . Should be able to build the email campaign using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript\'s . Need to work as an independent resource / individual contributor while still being part of a larger marketing automation cluster and bring synergies . Daily hands-on campaign execution (segmentation, list pulls, flow creation) using Marketo marketing automation platform . Conduct extensive quality audits on segments and other work in Marketo. Interact with client stakeholders for validation . Creating campaign performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis using data from Marketo. . Extensive client communication, project management, and problem-solving. . Should be able to create detailed documentation and process flows to reflect/capture ongoing projects . Work with onshore Marketo consultant to get requirements and execute those requirements. Technical and Functional Skills . Bachelor\'s Degree with 2 to 4 years of experience with at least 2 plus years of hands-on experience in executing/managing email campaigns. . Should be well versed with Email Marketing concepts & best practices. . Excellent knowledge and minimum of 2 years of experience on the Pardot Marketing Automation platform. Certification is added plus. . Should have hands-on experience in all Pardot Modules. . Excellent knowledge and minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working on SQL. Certification is a plus. .
