The Role
Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all thing's infrastructure API-C and DataPower Administrator
Extensive experience working with API Connect ( v10) build & administration, including:

• Cloud platform topology build & configuration (API Manager, Developer Portal, Analytics, & DataPower integration).
• CMC DataPower service creation & management.
• APIM configuration.
• TLS profile creation & management, including certificate generation & configuration.
• An understanding of certificate usage (csr, pem, der, p12 usage and familiarisation with handling utilities such as openssl).
• Mutual authentication.

Extensive experience working with DataPower:

• Administration & configuration.
• Platform integration from a middleware perspective.

Required Skills and Experience: API-C Administration
Additional Skills:
5 to 10 years of DataPower administration experience.
Proven experience as an IBM DataPower Administrator with expertise in managing and configuring DataPower appliances.
Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, Web Services, and SOAP protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues in a timely manner.
Strong working knowledge of XSLT and DataPower gateway script.
Expertise in security implementations in DataPower such as AAA, SSL configurations (certificates, PKI's).
Expertise in creating multi-protocol gateways, web service proxies in data power as per the business and technical requirements.
Strong Knowledge of XSLTs and Gateway-script for message transformation, message routing in IBM data power devices.
Must have knowledge in Load balancers, firewalls, DMZ and other network concepts related Data power
Required to Design multiple services based on different standards for REST, web services, data integration techniques, messaging, and transformation engines
Experience in architecting and Designing Recovery procedures for heterogeneous platforms
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with client independently.
Onshore/ offshore coordination
DataPower Administration skills.
IBM DataPower and API Connect certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Urban code knowledge will be added advantage.
Good communication skills specially with UK/US clients.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
