To work within the Customer Onboarding & KYC Delivery function to enable and support successful change delivery on a subset of outcomes.
The role of the PM Lead is to provide leadership and guidance on:

  • all Project Management governance processes and procedures
  • acting as SME to support the Project Management community
  • deputise for the PMO Lead as required.

What will you be doing?
The role holder will support the Delivery Lead and work with programme managers and project managers to support in the management of the following activities:
Governance
  • Set-up and maintain programme/project governance framework including stakeholder communications
  • Attend programme/project governance forums - recording actions, RAIDs and changes agreed at each forum
  • Attend and contribute to the Weekly PMO Delivery Forum & Community of Practice

Assurance
  • Guide programme and project managers with processes, standards, controls and best practice
  • Provide advice and guidance on operating within the Group’s Control environment, employing best practices with respect to Governance, Assurance, Planning, RAID, Change Requests, Reporting, Finance and Resource Demand Management
  • Conduct QA of data across Programmes / Projects, highlight exceptions and track to closure

Planning & Tracking
  • Monitor and Report Programme / Project Milestones - Track the progress of the Programme / Project in terms of schedule, milestones, cost and benefits.
  • Identify variances and propose remedial measure to the appropriate governance forums.
  • Apply agreed Change Control to the programmes / projects
  • Monitor and Report Project RAID Items - Facilitate the identification of delivery barriers, risks and risk response planning for the Programme / Project in scope
  • Ensure that interdependencies within the Programme / Project are clearly identified and managed.
  • Monitor and Report progress made with Programme / Project Change Requests

Reporting
  • Assist in the production of weekly Project Forum packs, highlighting progress across the workstreams, gathering inputs from delivery leads
  • Attend Programme / Project Reporting Review Meetings
  • Conduct Quality Review Checks of Programme Reporting Deliverables
  • Promote utilisation of right reporting tools and automation of reporting mechanisms

Finance & Resourcing
  • Assist in monitoring, tracking and reporting of Programme /Project Finances/RAF including Forecasts and Variances
  • Monitor and Report Programme / Project Resource Demand

  • Exposure to each stage of the project life cycle and governance of each phase, from inception through to implementation
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services environment
