Role Overview



OneX Solutions is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Support Executives to provide high-quality technical and operational support to national and international clients. The role involves handling client queries, delivering product demonstrations, assisting with API integrations, and using data analytics to enhance service efficiency, SOPs, and KPIs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive approach to client support.

Key Responsibilities



Provide end-to-end technical support to clients through calls, emails, and online communication channels. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues in a timely and efficient manner. Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring clarity in communication and high client satisfaction. Deliver product and service demonstrations, including walkthroughs of the company's panel and digital solutions. Assist clients in setting up API panels and support API integrations as per business requirements. Address API-related queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation and issue resolution. Perform basic data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improving SOPs and KPIs. Contribute to process optimization initiatives by providing insights based on customer feedback and support data. Manage and support national and international clients remotely, ensuring responsiveness and service quality. Maintain accurate documentation of client issues, resolutions, and process updates.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong verbal and written communication skills. Sound technical knowledge with the ability to understand and explain digital products and APIs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. High level of attentiveness, responsiveness, and client-handling capability. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or client support role. Hands-on experience in API integration and technical troubleshooting. Prior experience in API integration will be considered an added advantage.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
