Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor day-to-day API manufacturing operations as per approved Batch Production Records (BPR/BMR). Ensure production activities comply with cGMP, WHO, FDA, and regulatory guidelines. Supervise and control processes such as reaction, filtration, centrifugation, drying, distillation, and purification. Prepare, review, and maintain all production documents including BMR, SOPs, logs, and equipment cleaning records. Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and EHS teams for batch approval, material clearance, and process compliance. Handle production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, scrubbers, and condensers. Monitor critical process parameters (CPPs) and critical quality attributes (CQAs). Participate in deviation investigation, CAPA preparation, and root cause analysis. Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of raw materials, intermediates, and finished APIs. Implement process improvements, yield enhancement, and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure safe working practices and adherence to EHS guidelines (HAZOP, PPE compliance, chemical safety). Support validation activities including process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification. Maintain production shift reports and ensure timely completion of batches.
