Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced

Integration Specialist

to manage the data exchange between web applications, APIs, and third-party systems.
The role involves building robust integrations, developing automation scripts, and ensuring smooth data synchronization across multiple services and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain

API integrations

with third-party systems and applications. Design and manage

webhooks

and real-time data synchronization processes. Write

data transformation and automation scripts

for data import/export and synchronization. Handle and process

XML / JSON

data formats efficiently. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations and APIs. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure smooth integration within the overall product architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

3 years of experience

in integration development or backend API roles. Strong knowledge of

Javascript

,

PHP (Laravel preferred)

and REST API standards. Experience in

webhook handling

,

data migration

, and

automation scripting

. Proficient with

Postman

,

Swagger

, or similar API testing tools. Understanding of

JSON / XML parsing

and structured data handling. Working knowledge of

Git version control

.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating with platforms such as

telephony, ad platforms, or biometric systems

. Familiarity with

queue-based background processing

(Redis, SQS). Basic understanding of

AWS or cloud-based environments

. Experience in

real estate tech, CRM

, or

ERP integration projects

is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities. High attention to detail and process orientation. Excellent documentation and communication abilities. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and technical disciplines.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent discipline.
