API Developer

2 years of hands-on experience

in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of

backend programming

to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Social Media API Integration with Real-time integration Payment gateway API integrations SMS Gateway integration, IVR, Bulk SMS API integrations Integrate APIs with front-end and third-party services. Optimize and enhance API performance and security. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Mobile, QA, Product) for seamless integration. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. Stay updated with emerging API frameworks, technologies, and best practices. Work independently

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of real-time experience as an API Developer. Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, PHP). Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML. Familiarity with authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT). Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Hands-on experience with API documentation tools (Swagger / Postman). Understanding of version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab). Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Good to Have (Optional)

Experience with microservices architecture.
