Project Registration Support:
Assist in the preparation and submission of project registration documents for APF approvals with relevant authorities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (architects, engineers, legal counsel) to gather necessary documentation.
Track and monitor the progress of project registration applications.
Liaise with government agencies to resolve any queries or issues related to project approvals.
Loan Disbursement Support:
Verify loan documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare disbursement schedules and monitor loan disbursement timelines.
Coordinate with borrowers and bankers to facilitate timely loan disbursements.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to loan disbursements.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers, DSAs, and other key stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service to borrowers throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
Address customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all loan applications, disbursements, and related documentation.
Prepare regular reports on loan performance and key performance indicators.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Other duties as assigned:
Other general administrative work
ERP data entry and other required coordination
File Management, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, with a strong focus on project registration through APF and customer loan disbursements.
Excellent understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing excellent service.
