Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Deal all first-level communication in the office
2.Proactive action on dealing with business-related calls & communication
3.Manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for office administration-related documents
4.Administrative capabilities – Should be able to handle Admin’s duties
5.A smart way of dealing with & managing office functions & cultural events
6.Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
7.To create an organized filing system
8.Exceptional customer service skills and professional approach
9.Taking care of all the purchase/procurement requirements of the company from company assets, Pantry items, Stationary, etc
10.Complete Asset management for all company assets
11.Supervising Housekeeping staff and ensuring Office maintenance
12.Handling Vendor Management & Billings
13.Managing all Guests visiting the office (Entry & Exit)
Other Information:
1.Salary: INR 20,000/- to INR 25,000/-
2.Job Location: 109 & 109A, 1st Floor, Suncity Success Tower, Sector-65, Golf Course Road Extension, Gurgaon, Haryana
3.Six days working
4.Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Sunday Off)
