We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Order to Cash
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process including different invoice types (Manual, Consolidated and Automated). In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a good team player and should have led a team size of ~10 to 15 people.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to O2C domain

  • Responsible for the day-to-day Media AR Operations.
  • Constantly interacting with clients for their feedback and support them wherever required.
  • Issue and review draft billing and if correct, submit to appropriate account contact for approval.
  • Prepare live client billing including any support documentation and send to client.
  • Work primarily in D365, Media Ocean and Netsuite to enter data and generate all necessary reports.
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking ability, keep multiple projects on-track, structuring and executing work.
  • Investigate discrepancies in the PO and invoices with disputes.
  • Manage Order to Cash related to Cash Applications, dispute management, implement & adhere to strategy.
  • Participate in governance meetings at country / region level; Closely work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members properly to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)
  • Timely and effective communication with internal departments (like sales, Operations, Credit teams) for issue resolution.
Client & Internal Relationships:
  • Support Manager in preparing and delivering work to clients and colleagues.
  • Work closely with internal teams as needed, including managing discrepancy process with account/media teams.
  • Respond to requests for information quickly and accurately.
  • Attends all status meetings when appropriate.
  • Engages with all work-related contacts in a professional & respectful manner
  • Possesses mature and professional business acumen in personal and written communications
Strategic Thinking & Leadership:
  • Ensure key information is provided to team regarding billing issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
  • Demonstrates active listening skills and ability to apply learnings over time
  • Recognize potential issues and problems, know when to escalate and propose solutions, where possible
  • Takes clear ownership of assigned tasks
Communications Skills:
  • Expresses oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
  • Writes in a clear, compelling, and concise manner
  • Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
  • iSpeak should be minimum 6.5
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
  • B.Com graduation (MBA - Finance preferred)
  • Relevant work experience in Order to Cash, preferably in Media Industry
Preferred qualifications
  • Very Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
  • Preferable to have practical knowledge of Media Ocean, MS Dynamics - D365, Netsuite, Nexelus.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals
