Job Purpose and Impact The APAC Regional Transformation Leader is a member of the Global HR Solutions (GHRS) team. The APAC Regional Transformation Leader will be aligned to core HR project teams delivering high-impact, high value, transformation initiatives in Global Functions primarily Finance, HR, Law, Sustainability, Data and Digital.We seek a strong leader who can partner effectively with Cargill leadership to bring critical thought leadership and regional expertise to ensure efficient delivery of HR services. Key Accountabilities Consult with VP of Functions HR and senior Business HR leadership on the human capital components ofregional transformation initiatives in Global Functions . Ensure roadmaps and requirements for transformation execution are shaped, understood and deliveredat the right time and with the highest quality of delivery. Collaborate with HR domains to provide service delivery/implementation to regional transformationinitiatives Partner with Global Project Managers and lead the regional HR workstream for complex transformationprojects. Primary contact for and direction to regional GHRS domain coordinators (Talent Acquisition, ER/IR, TotalRewards, etcto accomplish scope of work. Identify and provide leadership to HR stakeholders in the region including communication alignmentand change management. Change leader to inject strategic and innovative thinking into initiatives/projects. Collaborate extensively with other functions and roles to share knowledge, best practices and developcreative solutions Partner with other GHRS Regional Transformation Leaders to foster a strong continuous improvementculture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes across the portfolio. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Confirmed project management experience or project management certification Must possess strong organization, project management and problem solving skills, utilizing sound business judgment in support of operational and strategic objectives. Experience anticipating emerging issues including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management to drive execution and accountability Extensive experience managing multiple transformations/large global projects simultaneously Minimum of six years of related work experience Preferred Qualifications Master\'s degree or other post-secondary degree Certified human resources professional Strong negotiation skills and ability to diagnose and recommend proposal solutions Experience with continuous improvement methodologies Experience in change management and leading others in times of significant change
