The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting position available for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our APAC New Holland Product Marketing team.

In this role, you will be charged with managing your product portfolio of Precision Land Management (PLM) equipment, to ensure the adoption of the products by sub-regions.

The Responsibilities include:

Supporting markets with product-related enquiries and supporting the sales teams with technical expertise to enable them to promote the equipment across multiple product lines.

Gathering product and customer requirements, defining product vision, identifying gaps and working closely with Product development teams.

Identifying potential new markets for your product profile, whilst keeping abreast of any and all competing products.

Communicating technical changes and advancements to ensure market reaction time.

Designing and creating marketing plans, advertising initiatives, catalogues and sales aids to ensure the product supports the overall strategy and goals.

Tracking of PLM factory fit take rates; reviewing PLM content, training manuals and sales information guides.

Providing training content for APAC events.

Project timeline management for APAC product development & deployment.

Ensure global Precision Technologies product development priorities are in line with regional needs.

Bridging the gap between Precision Solutions & Technology and Wholegoods.

The Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or similar would be highly regarded

Flexibility to travel to various APAC countries as needed for the role

A comprehensive understanding of the entire PLM product portfolio.

Knowledge of the APAC markets would be ideal

Strong knowledge and passion for Agricultural equipment and precision technology

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

A driven and tenacious individual who is keen on learning and making a difference.

Proficiency in both PowerPoint and Word is required, with a basic understanding of Excel
