Key Responsibilities
Manage
full-cycle IT recruitment
for APAC countries (India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, etc.).
Source candidates through
LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, and social platforms
.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels across multiple time zones.
Handle
offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination
.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and pipeline status.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for
niche and high-demand IT roles
(Cloud, DevOps, Security, Data, Development, QA, etc.).
Stay updated on
market trends, compensation benchmarks, and APAC hiring practices
.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regional labor laws.
Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ?25,000 per month
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of
IT recruitment experience
, with exposure to APAC markets.
Strong understanding of
IT technologies and job role requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with
ATS tools
and recruitment metrics.
