We are seeking a knowledgeable, patient, and passionate

AP Calculus Tutor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in calculus and a proven ability to help high school students succeed in AP Calculus AB and/or BC. You will work with students one-on-one or in small groups, either remotely or in person, depending on student preference and your availability.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized instruction and support in AP Calculus AB and/or BC Help students understand key concepts, solve practice problems, and prepare for the AP exam Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet their needs Create a supportive and engaging learning environment Communicate regularly with students and/or parents regarding progress Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all sessions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of AP Calculus AB and/or BC curriculum Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively Reliable internet connection (for remote tutoring)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, digital whiteboards) Familiarity with the College Board's AP Calculus exam format and scoring Teaching certification or relevant credentials (a plus, but not required)
