Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at our location in Bangalore for a experienced Accountant. The Microsoft Dynamics AP/AR specialists manage accounts payable and receivable processes using Dynamics 365 Finance or GP, handling invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and reporting within the ERP system

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

Good accounting knowledge AP - bill processing and payments 2-way matching, 3-way matching Excel skills Vendor Reconciliation Vendor queries and follow ups Preparing the Aging report and sending for approvals V-look up Pivot table Formulas basic

Accounts receivable

Good accounting knowledge AR - clearing invoice payments Performing the AR reconciliations Excel skills Customer follow ups and responding for queries V-look up Pivot table Formulas basic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BCom,MCom)

MS dynamics experience is a must

Very strong Excel skills are a must Good communication skills is must Email drafting and understanding the mails Good Accounting knowledge Very good computer skills a must QBO,ZOHO,XERO experience added advantage meticulous attention to language and detail Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
