Key Responsibilities

:

Coordinate and implement the Aftercare Outreach Program in Bihar Support youth transitioning from Child Care Institutions (16-18 yrs) with education, skilling, and placements Engage with stakeholders (government, NGOs, corporates, mentors) for program delivery Organize life skills workshops, mentorship, and training sessions Track budgets, support financial disbursement, and maintain program records Prepare program reports, donor communication, and data entries

Requirements

:

Minimum 1 year experience in youth development, skilling, or rehabilitation programs Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools
