Role:

This is a core client facing role where in you will be positioned to lead an industry sub sector in terms of managing key clients, driving revenue & delivering projects in the area of Organization Design & Effectiveness, talent advisory while working in a high-visibility, high-volume and fast-paced environment within the human capital consulting business of Aon India.

In addition to this you will help us build cutting edge talent analytics algorithms that haven\'t been built so far and build POV\'s on key market and talent trends for Aon\'s clients.

Qualification & Experience:

- Full Time master\'s degree from premium B school

- Exposure to Human Capital Consulting, Rewards/OKR Design, Org Design projects with Management Consulting, Technology Industry is preferred.

- Excellent Communication and client presentation skills

- Should be able to think through problems.

- Conceptual clarity of solution.

- Excellent analytical ability. Exposure to Statistics/Linear Regression, Predictive Modelling, data analytics and Advanced excel is must.
